Managing your subscription

Auprès subscriptions are managed entirely on the web — that’s why the mobile app can’t make changes for you. Everything you need is on this site, and you keep full control.

What you can do here

• Update your card or payment method.
• View and download your invoices.
• Cancel your subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Pause or resume billing.

How to get to the billing portal

1. Open aupres.ai/subscribe on any device (phone or computer — the same login works everywhere).
2. Sign in with the email you used when you started your trial.
3. Tap Manage subscription. You’ll land on a secure billing page hosted by Stripe (our payment processor).

About your free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is on file, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial — from the billing portal on aupres.ai — and you won’t be charged at all.

Why isn’t this in the app?

Apple charges a 30% fee on subscriptions purchased inside iOS apps. To keep Auprès affordable and family-feeling, we charge on the web directly. Your subscription works on every device you sign in on — phone, tablet, computer — but the place to change it is always here on aupres.ai.

How your monthly allowance works

Your subscription includes a monthly allowance — enough for comfortable everyday use. Roughly speaking, that’s in the range of 500 typical messages a month, or fewer if you ask for long answers like full recipes, multi-paragraph stories, or detailed explainers.

Short questions (like “what’s a good morning routine?”) use very little of your allowance. Long-form requests (like “write me a 1,000-word story”) use more. The Settings screen shows how many chats you’ve had this month and lets you know when you’re close to the limit. If you reach it, chat pauses until the start of the next month — your card isn’t charged extra.

Each day also has a daily ceiling, but unused daily allowance rolls into later days — so you can have a quiet week followed by a busy weekend without running out.
